Patented in 1932, this aluminum citrus juicer is the earliest model produced by the Wear-Ever division of Alcoa. I'm sure it was a very modern looking kitchen implement at the time - it does have a great Industrial Deco shape. The handle on has a curved swoop with a flat, circular thumb pad. As you bring the handle down, the flat top squeezes the fruit, with the juice running down the funnel cone into your glass or measuring cup. The juicer has a sturdy rectangular base and comes with the original removable pulp catcher or strainer insert. It's clean and shiny with no pitting or corrosion and in excellent working condition.
