This is a vintage late 1960s to 1970s replica of the Coolidge Drape oil lamp, originally made by the Pittsburgh Lamp, Brass & Glass Company, in business from 1900 to 1926. The glass is a pretty pale blue, which is not a color originally made. I believe the Plume & Atwood burner is also more modern, despite the patent dates on the wheel.

The lamp is 9-1/2 inches high to the brass collar, not including the burner. There is light table rub wear on the bottom of the base and a shallow nick to the glass which does not show until you turn the lamp upside down. Otherwise it's in excellent, clean condition. Unfortunately the plain glass hurricane shade shown in the first photo has gone missing. If I find it it will be included with shipment but I fear a family member broke it during a recent visit and forgot to tell me.
