This 1998 Birthday Party Barbie has never been removed from the box. It's complete with the long blonde haired, blue eyed Malaysian made Barbie doll in colorful pink and green party gown, a birthday cake, two blow-up mylar balloons, a party hat, and noisemaker favor.

All of the wraps and tiedowns are secure with no signs of tampering or detachment. The only thing not perfectly mint is the writing on the lower front of the box: "To Grandma, From Allison, Happy Birthday I love you 1999".
