This vintage petite Ritz cocktail tilt half-hat was made by Henry Pollak of New York. Made of felted taupe-beige milliner's wool, it has a spray of flowers, leaves, and berries in pinks, lavender, and peach all across the upturned front brim. A slightly damaged ostrich feather lays across the crown and muli-loop beige grosgrain ribbon decorates the back. The brim is ringed with with satin rosette gimp trim.

The hat's width ear to ear is 8 inches, length front to back is 5 inches, not including decoration. The crown is small, about 3-3/4" diameter. The hat is very clean and in excellent vintage condition other than the wear to the feather. It came with an estate assortment of vintage doll hats and is certainly small enough to fit a doll's head, as shown in the last two photos.
