Five vintage crochet pattern instruction booklets dated 1944 to 1952, from J.P. Coats & Clark, Lily Mills, and American Thread. In addition to the usual household items like doilies, bedspreads, and table linens, there are patterns for baby items, pot holders and hot pads, personal accessories, stiffened baskets and other decorative household items. There are at least 138 patterns in all, including several for small, quickie items. There are a few tatting and knitting patterns, most for edgings. Other than the original owner's name, the books are in good vintage condition with no missing or torn pages. Pictures show only a small selection of the many patterns.
