While these three Mid Century tropical wood trays have different grain patterns, I believe they're all Monkey Pod, just carved from different parts of the tree. They all have the same density and clacky feel when set down on the table.

Two are round, about 12" diameter. The plate or tray with the dark, wavy grain has a ring base on the bottom. The other plate has a more cupped rim and a more textured carved surface. The 11 by 6 inch pineapple tray has labels on the bottom reading "Leilani Genuine Monkey Pod Wood, Handcrafted, Made in Philippines". This piece has a few minor scuffs and rubs in the bowl, the round plates are in excellent vintage condition.

The last photo shows a bonus carved wood three elephants candlestick or incense holder I'm including as a bonus. One elephant has a broken toothpick type tusk, another is missing a tusk.
