This 1937 sterling silver sports medal is a pendant or charm style, about 1-1/4" diameter. It depicts a runner at the starting line. The banner at the bottom reads State Track and Field Meet. To the far right is a red enameled shield with the official state beehive emblem and Utah High School Athletic Assn. Engraved on the back is 100 Yd Dash '37. I had to lighten the photos to show the detail properly. The medal has an attractive, soft pewtery patina that didn't come through well in the pictures.
