I presume it's been used but this Cobra 40 channel CB is complete in the original box including mounting hardware - I checked the contents with the manual to be sure. My husband was a long haul truck driver for many years and often used his truck stop fuel points to buy backup CBs. When he retired and cleaned out his truck, there were several radios stashed away, including this one dated 2008. I don't know much about these radios so hopefully you can read the specs on the box.
