This vintage costume accessory for belly dancing is a hip skirt that can double as a scarf or cape. The semi-sheer skirt is red chiffon, the waistband is red satin. It's elaborately embellished with silver-lined seed beads, sequins, and silver metallic beads. The waist and hem have 4 inch bead and coin dangles. The scarf is about 36 inches long at the top, not including the 8 inch ties at each end. The length is 15 inches at the center from the waistband to the curved hem, not including the coin dangles. It looks like one coin dangle may be missing from the lower center, easily replaced with one from the back. In very good, clean condition with no odors.
