This vintage Revere Ware copper clad stainless steel covered pot was called a covered sauce pot in their 1950s literature, though it's often referred to as a stockpot or Dutch oven. It holds six quarts and measures 10-1/4 inches diameter by about 5 inches deep. The pot is spotlessly clean and freshly polished. There are some fine, light marks from stirring and cleaning in the bottom, and some minor storage marks to the lid. The pot was made in the Clinton Illinois plant between 1975 and 1978 (production dates were left off the Revere Ware 1801 mark during that 3-year period).
