This vintage milk glass spice jar set dates to about 1940. The glass shaker jars were made by Hazel Atlas for Frank Tea & Spice Company's Dove brand spices. There are eight milk glass jars with red metal shaker tops, plus the red painted metal wire rack, which can mount on the wall or rest on a counter or stovetop. Included are: allspice, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, mustard, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
The jars are just over 3 inches high by 3 inches square. They are squared with beveled edges, arched at the tops. The Dutch themed graphics are blue with red lettering. Each jar has a different image with no duplicates. The wire rack measures 8" wide by 3-3/4" high at the back by 4-3/8 inches deep front to back.
The rack has a little paint wear. The jars have no chips, flakes, or graphics wear. The red paint on the metal lids is still in very good condition considering their age and likely exposure to kitchen moisture or steam.
