This vintage hand crocheted doily measures 10-1/2 inch before starching and blocking - once properly blocked it will be a little larger. In the center is a layered or raised petal pink rose flower in variegated pink fine gauge cotton thread, encircled by green shell stitching representing leaves. Rows of white shells surround the green, followed by a band of raised pink ruffling, then more white chained shells and scallops. There's a small, faint yellowish spot at about 9 o'clock where the pink and center white rows join, which I'm sure will launder out fine. Otherwise the doily is in excellent condition.
