This circa 1938 glass ice pail or tub was part of the Windmill barware line by Hazel Atlas. The cobalt blue color was called Ritz blue. It measures 4-1/4 inches high by 4-5/8" diameter. The glass is perfect with no damage but the white graphics have some wear as shown.
