This 1986 Avon hand painted porcelain figurine is titled Helping Mom. Based on the artwork of Jessie Willcox Smith, it depicts a 1920s era mother and little boy planting in the garden. About 3-3/4" high by the same in diameter, it's part of an Avon holiday figurine series in the Jessie Willcox Smith collection, no doubt for Mother's Day. The figurine is in excellent condition with no damage.
