A dozen assortment of great Eames Era Shiny Brite figural glass Christmas ornaments in space age, Saturn rings, and Sputnik style shapes. They're 2-3/4" to three inches high, all painted with colorful stripes and bands. There are four each of three different shapes resemble trees, lanterns, and tops but with a Mid-Century Modern look.

There is typical age and handling wear, and a couple ornaments have loss to the inner silvering resulting in a near transparent effect when held to the light. They all display wonderfully on the Christmas tree but you can see the paint scratches when you look closely as shown in the pictures. The 1940s era Shiny Brite box is intact with masking tape on 2 sides and some writing on the lid.
