Typically used for shipping, this vintage heavy duty mechanical scale by Pelouze is tested and accurate up to 250 pounds (second photo). I use their 70 pound model myself when shipping anything over 10 pounds. There's an adjustment wheel at the side and a locking mechanism below the window to hold the weight when removing the item. Made of heavy duty steel, it measures 13 by 10 inches not including the handle and is 3-1/2" high and is in very good, clean condition.
