This American made discontinued Pampered Chef 3 quart stoneware baking or roasting dish is their number 5141 Deep Covered Baker. The exterior has a glazed reddish brown finish. It measures 12-1/2 by 9-1/4 inches (exterior) by 4 inches high to the rim, not including the domed lid. It comes with a one-quart bonus number 5143 open baker, 10-1/2 by 6-1/4 by 2-1/4" high.

The brown exterior glaze on both bakers is clean and shiny with no damage. The unglazed interiors have some very light cooking stains. They're so minimal I'm sure neither pan was used more than once or twice. The company's website has instructions for cleaning the unglazed stoneware with a baking soda paste. I tried it and it did lighten the stains considerably, but they could use one more treatment. There are no cracks, chips, or fleabites to any of the three pieces.
