This vintage Farberware stainless steel electric skillet fry pan model number 310-B is completely immersible. It's 12-1/4" diameter by 2-1/4 inches deep and has both long and short black side handles and a 3 inch high dome lid. The patent number on the bottom dates to 1965.

The skillet works well and is spotlessly clean and shiny. There are no dents or dings, but there is a faint circular whitish ring stain in the center of the pan. The surface is smooth and unpitted, so I'm not sure what caused it, possibly undissolved salt. The lid has some shallow storage scratches around the black finial. I have trouble getting even heating on my glass stove cooktop with any pan larger than 10 inches, so a big electric skillet is like this is a must for me.
