This colorful 1960s General Electric Merry Midget Rainbow lighted electric Christmas tree topper or window decoration is a rosette halo of fiber optic strands with a circle of ten colored lights behind it. The strands are plastic but look like spun glass. It's about 7 inches diameter and in excellent working condition. The original box has some age and storage wear but is intact.
