This 2 quart (64 ounces) tilt ball pitcher was made by Anchor Hocking as part of their Primary Rainbow line of glass dinnerware with fired-on colors. The tangerine orange color was the first, introduced separately in their 1938 catalog. Blue, green, and yellow were added the following year, and eventually the company produced Rainbow pieces in pastel colors.
The pitcher is about 7 inches high by the same in diameter around the center. The finish is in amazingly good condition for as old as it is - just a few scattered pinpoint specks of color loss. No chips, cracks, or fleabites.
