I'm no expert on Bradley & Hubbard, but from my research, it appears this brass oil lamp is from the 1880s. There's an unusual embossed mark on the font reading "The B & H" framed in curlicues. The wick adjuster wheel is embossed Pat. Applied For. I found a near identical lamp online without the embossed font logo with a patent date of 1892.
The lamp was converted to electric at some point and it does work as shown in the last photo. It's 11-1/4 inches high to the top of the socket. The fan and feather ornately embossed and reticulated base is 6-1/2" diameter, The shade arms are about 8-1/2 to 8-3/4 inches diameter - they're a little bent. The original font cap has been replaced with a cork, and the lower font below the shoulder has a few small, shallow dings, nothing major. There is no shade.
