These Art Deco dancing couple lamps were made by Houze Glass Company in the early 1930s. The glass has a frosted or satin finish. Both are marked Copyright on the back of the bases. They're 4-1/2" diameter across the bases by 9-1/2 inches high to the tops of the sockets and take standard E26 Edison base light bulbs. The old silk wrapped cords appear to be original, though they're different colors and different lengths - the white cord is 4-1/2 feet, the gold is 3 feet long.
Amazingly, both lamps still work just fine. One has a shallow bruise-like chip at behind the man's right leg, next to the metal column. That's the only damage to the glass. The shades shown are not original but came with the lamps and will be included with shipment.
