This is the Kalart model EV8 film editor, splicer, and viewer for 8mm film movies in its original box, circa 1955. The 13 by 11 inch reddish brown Bakelite machine is mounted on an adjustable wood stand. The box is missing the little bottle of film glue and the instruction manual, but instructions are printed on the bottom and interior lid. There is some dust from storage but no chips, scratches, or damage. The unit lights up fine when plugged in and the crank and hinges are all in excellent working condition. The box has storage wear as shown.
