This classic model RO-91 Westinghouse roasting oven was produced from 1949 to 1953. It measures 2 feet wide handle to handle by about 9 inches high, not including the height of the lid. It comes with a removable gray porcelain enamel liner pan which is 17" by 11-1/2" by 5-1/2 inches deep (interior measurements), as well as a roasting rack. Both side handles have built in lid holder knobs, solving the problem of what to do with the lid while basting. Note the tempered glass window at the top of the lid and the wonderful lighted red "Rudolph nose" glass temperature dial. Below the dial is a pull-out tray with a printed cooking time chart for almost any type of food you can think to cook in the oven - even cakes and cookies.
The roaster heats up fine and the cord is in good condition with no splits or breaks. The temperature dial lights up bright red. The oven is super clean with only a few minor rub marks and very small scratches to the white enamel exterior. The side handles have some paint wear and the gray liner pan has one chip to the enamel finish at the outside rim edge (picture 2, right corner of the liner). The black oven bottom has some light staining from a long-ago spill and there are some light stains to the cooking chart. The lid has a few small bumps and dings. These ovens were outrageously expensive in their day but they were built to last.
