These five vintage teardrop shape glass Christmas ornaments were made in America in the late 1930s to very early 1940s. USA blown glass ornaments were only made for a short time prior to World War II, and hand painted decoration didn't last much longer as both techniques were too costly and labor intensive.
Two of the ornaments are hot pink fat teardrops, about 3-3/4 inches high. Both sides have hand painted comma-stroke flower decoration, white with yellow centers.
The other three are narrower teardrop shapes about 4-1/2 inches high. These have painted vertical lines and comma stroke leaf or flower decoration. The one with green paint has deterioration of the inner silvering, creating a cloudy white appearance. The other silver ornament is more reflective, though it's hard to tell in the photos. Otherwise the ornaments are in excellent condition for their age with no damage. The metal caps are marked Made in U.S. of A. - the word "of" helps date them to the pre-war years.
