This shiny nickel plated brass kerosene lamp is a Rayo brand, manufactured by Bradley & Hubbard. The flame spreader is marked with patent numbers dating to 1894 and 1905, but you can still find parts for this lamp on the internet.
There is no shade, shade holder, or reservoir cap. The lamp stands about 12-1/2 inches to the top of the gallery. There are several very minor, shallow dings to the reservoir, which are only noticed when you turn the lamp so the light hits just right. The reticulated base has some very slight corrosion at the back edge. It displays wonderfully and is in very good condition for its age.
