This Hall China teapot is in the sleek Windshield shape, first issued in 1941. The color looks maroon but it's actually the softer, lighter Camellia color. It is missing its lid but is in like new condition otherwise with no chips, flakes, cracks, or scratches. It has one pinprick factory glaze miss under the spout, which is common for Hall pieces of this era. With it's graceful, Moderne-Deco pitcher-like shape, it displays beautifully even without the lid.
