A single taper candle holder in the Freesia art pottery pattern by Roseville, introduced in 1945. The background color is a muted pumpkin shading to warm russet brown at the base. The candlestick has double hands-on-hips style handles and is 5 inches high by about 3-3/4" diameter at the base. There's a shallow sliver chip on the underside at the edge, nearly impossible to see unless you're at eye level with the base or turn it over. The raised mark reads Roseville U.S.A. 1161-41/2.
